  • Keep both legs in sync and jump high

Horizontal Double Leg Bounds

  • Keep both legs in sync and jump forward as far as you can

Single leg lacrosse stick pogos

  • Put your lacrosse stick across your shoulders
  • Do single leg pogos, alternating legs as you go
