General Drill 1v1
Goal of Drill: Work on backside pass approach into a 1v1
- 3 Lines of Offense, 1 line of defense
- Inside and outside squares of cones. The inside is in the hole, the outside is right near top of the box and behind cage
- Defense passes to an offense guy, goes into the whole on the cone and approaches to try and force him down the alley
