Challenge Ideas

  • Weird Stuff: Shovel pass, b2b, flip pass
  • Do everything one handed (can't use the other hand, Canadian pass etc)
  • GB forever day (play to the whistle)
  • Dice of Doom
  • Off-hand only day
  • Everyone play another position or on other side
  • Turnovers are Counted - coach +5 sprints vs kids
  • Approaches done incorrectly are counted
  • GB War - divide teams equally, throw an orange ball, get the GB and make 3 passes
